Update June 5, 2020:
In light of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation, we would like to let all our valued customers and partners know what Data Truck, LLC is doing in response.
Our #1 priority is the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, families, and the communities in which we live and work. Since we are a service-oriented business, we are attempting to limit any potential exposure to the virus. We will continue to perform on-site service for existing customers needing attention, in addition to site surveys and new installations.
If anyone in the household has had exposure to the virus, or is showing any symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste/smell, etc), please let us know so that we can reschedule. We would ask that you voluntarily reschedule any service work that isn't immediately necessary. You can take Google's COVID-19 self-assessment by clicking here.
Our office is now open to the public on a limited basis. We ask that you call ahead to ensure that we are open and available.
We would like to remind our customers that we have an online payment option. We would prefer to receive online payments, or checks by mail.
Finally, we are working diligently to maintain smooth network operations. Since many more people are home during this time, overall internet usage is much higher than usual. We appreciate your patience as there may be intermittent slow-downs due to the heavier-than-usual load on the network.
We will continue to assess the situation daily, and may need to change our policy in response to changing conditions. We are also remaining vigilant and adhering to all recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our local authorities.
